Role description
Business analysts analyze business processes, derive requirements and translate them into clear specifications. You will work on digital transformation projects in which AI functionalities (e.g. classifications, decision proposals, automations) are integrated into business processes.
Responsibilities
Systematic recording of professional requirements (interviews, workshops) and precise documentation.
Modelling of existing and future processes (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Creation of structured Requirements specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Validation of technical solutions in comparison with business goals.
Analysis of data flows and identification of data flows areas where AI delivers measurable value.
Requirements
Several years of experience as a business analyst or Requirements Engineer.
High precision in the description of complex professional and technical issues.
Safe use of modelling tools, ticket systems and documentation methods.
Interest in AI-based extensions of business processes and their limits.
